✦ PAYMENT

· Prices are in USD using Paypal.
· Full payment is taken upfront.
· Payment plans can be discussed for >100$ commissions.

✦ DEADLINES

· Turnaround time varies from 1 day up to 3 months and depends on the complexity of your commission and my queue.
· If you want commission to be done by a certain date please let me know in advance.
· Rush fee is applied for commissions with deadline shorter than 1,5 weeks.

✦ CHARACTERS

· Make sure you are providing all references needed for working on your commission that are clear with important design details.
· In case you do not have a proper reference sheet at the said moment, you can tell me via text about all important details and markings I should pay attention to.
· Colors and contrasts can be slightly altered due to usage of blending modes in my artworks.

✦ CHANGES

· Changes on the sketch stage are free.
· Heavy changes after the sketch require additional payment.
· BUT changes are totally free in case mistakes were on my end, like not noticing some detail in the design.
· I will not make big changes to the finished artwork in case you weren't clear enough about your preferences in the very beginning.
· Please note, that "ICON" commission type does not include WIPs.
· I don't mind you overlining my WIPs to show how exactly you want something to be drawn!

✦ PURCHASED DESIGNS

· When purchasing a character design from me, you receive full rights for personal usage of the said design. This includes:
making and commissioning any goods from other creators like artworks, fursuits, etc.;
using design as your "sona";
applying any changes to the design;
reselling, trading or gifting.
· You can not credit yourself as a creator of the design. In case big changes were made to the design, please credit me as a co-author.
· You can not use the design for commercial practices such as creating merchandize with them without reaching out to me and discussing the matter.

✦ OTHER

· I remain the copyright owner of my artworks. I retain the right to post my artworks for advertising and portfolio purposes.
· By default my commissions only include personal usage rights. I do not allow making a profit without purchasing commercial rights. If you are looking for a commercial commission such as badges, pins, etc. please email for further discussion.
· Using my artworks for AI, NFT or crypto purposes is strictly prohibited.
· Do not repost my art (pinterest, etc) without credit.
